The spring domestic fruit parfait is a parfait that is brilliantly colored with domestic fruits such as melon, watermelon, and Aomori cassis, centering on pomelo, decopon, and Kiyomi orange citrus. Homemade citrus sauce, sauce made from Aomori strawberry "Sachinoka", Satsuma mandarin jelly and sherbet are combined. If you sprinkle the attached orange caramel sauce, it will change to a mellow and rich taste. The price is 1,980 yen (tax included).

Echigohime's special strawberry parfait from Niigata Prefecture is a strawberry parfait that luxuriously uses Niigata Prefecture's original strawberry "Echigohime". As the name suggests, "Strawberries like the princess of Niigata, which is pretty and fresh," you can enjoy the sweet, juicy, fragrant, and gentle acidity. The price is 2,380 yen (tax included).
