Tainan Ta-a Noodles "Tuan Into"
I found something shockingly good

The Taiwanese food "Tsuan Into" that Naomi Watanabe introduced on a TV program the other day as "Next Break Rice" that will be popular in 2018. It is made by stir-frying leek, minced meat, and chopped century egg with garlic, and it is said to be eaten on rice. Looks really good!

Naomi seems to eat only at a specific restaurant in Taiwan, but when I checked if there was a place to eat in Japan, I found it in Suidobashi, Tokyo! It is a Taiwanese (Tainan) restaurant "Tainan Termy"!

● I went to eat

Tainan Ta-a noodles located about 5 minutes walk from JR Suidobashi station. The entrance is narrow, so be careful not to overlook the sign. The shop is on the second floor up the stairs.

I ordered rice (200 yen) and Tuan Into (520 yen). This restaurant's Tuan Into is made by stir-frying minced beef and pork, garlic stalks, and chili peppers, and seasoning with sugar. It does not contain a century egg.

Finally meet with Tuan Into

Freshly made and others!

First, don't put it on rice, just take a bite. Hmmm, good !! The garlic stalks are crispy and have a nice texture like asparagus. The seasoning is sweet and spicy, and the taste is deep, which makes you appetite! And the spiciness of the chili peppers that are tingling. Isn't it not suitable for such white rice ...!

The aftertaste is quite spicy

It's great to sprinkle a generous amount on top of the rice! It started in 2018, but so far it was the best side dish of white rice I ate this year, Tsuan Into. I want to squeeze in with a huge bowl! It looks delicious to add egg yolk here!

This is messed up ...

It's not the one that Naomi introduced, but the deliciousness of Tuan Into was well conveyed. I want to eat this again and again ... Every time I go to Suidobashi, I'm likely to visit.

By the way, Tuan Into is a grand menu, so lunch time is not offered. However, if you have a free time, you may be able to get it out, so please consult with the shop staff in advance!
