At the Shiseido Parlor's Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe, the "2018 Strawberry Fair" is being held where you can enjoy strawberries carefully selected from all over the country. The period is until March 31st.

From January to March, a strawberry parfait using different varieties of strawberries will appear on a monthly basis. It is a royal parfait that combines fresh strawberries, homemade strawberry sauce, and vanilla ice cream that has not changed since its establishment, and you can enjoy a simple yet multi-layered taste.

Strawberry parfait whose variety changes every month

There are three varieties in January: Gifu prefecture, Yamaguchi prefecture, and Kagawa prefecture. "Mino Musume's Premium Strawberry Parfait from Gifu Prefecture" (3,240 yen, tax included, same below), "Four Star Strawberry Parfait from Yamaguchi Prefecture" (1,890 yen), "Sanuki Hime's Strawberry Parfait from Kagawa Prefecture" (1,890 yen) Is provided.

In addition, "Strawberry Day" on January 15th will be "Special Strawberry Day", and 10 kinds of parfaits using 10 kinds of strawberries will be offered for one day only. The strawberry lineup is "Sachinoka from Aomori Prefecture", "Four Stars from Yamaguchi Prefecture", "Sanukihime from Kagawa Prefecture", "Ascarby from Tokushima Prefecture", "Yayoihime from Fukuoka Prefecture", "Skyberry from Tochigi Prefecture", and "Skyberry from Shizuoka Prefecture". A soft cocotte-style cake decorated with strawberries so that large bright red flowers are in full bloom. Strawberries sliced for a gentle mouthfeel, finely sliced sponge cake, fresh cream and homemade strawberry jam are layered in layers to give the best taste.

The size of the cocotte is 192 mm in diameter and 80 mm in height, and it is a volume that can be enjoyed by 8 to 10 people. The strawberry variety in January is Sanukihime from Kagawa prefecture. Reservations are accepted from January 15th to March 24th. It will be available for delivery 7 days after the reservation is accepted.
