A new chocolate brand "ISHIYA CHOCOLATE" launched by Ishiya Co., Ltd., which is familiar with Hokkaido's famous confectionery "Shiroi Koibito". The first product, "Chocolate in Love," has been on sale since January 12th.
A product created using carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients based on "Shiroi Koibito" chocolate. Five flavors made with "simple & natural" recipes are available.
"Hokkaido Luxury Milk Chocolate and Salt" is a chocolate made by kneading 100% salt from Lake Saroma, Hokkaido, based on Shiroi Koibito's black milk chocolate. The salt that feels the grains enhances the sweetness of the chocolate.
"White chocolate and salt" is a chocolate made by arranging white chocolate from Shiroi Koibito and kneading 100% rough salt from Lake Saroma, Hokkaido. The balance between the creamy sweetness and the umami of salt from nature is exquisite.
"Toukibi" is a chocolate made from Shiroi Koibito's black milk chocolate and filled with Hokkaido Biei chocolate. The corn is freeze-dried to take advantage of its umami and graininess.
"Azuki and Tencha" is a Japanese taste of white chocolate from Shiroi Koibito. The powder of red beans from Tokachi is kneaded, and Tencha, which is the raw material of matcha, is added to make it rich in flavor.
"Sakura" is a chocolate made by arranging white chocolate from Shiroi Koibito and sprinkling it with cherry blossom petal powder. It seems that the scent of cherry blossoms spreads softly behind the sweetness.
The price is 800 yen (excluding tax). Available at "ISHIYA GINZA" in Tokyo and some directly managed stores in Hokkaido.
