A new product "Shiroi Koibito White Chocolate Omlet" jointly developed by Ishiya Co., Ltd. and Peche Mignon will be released on June 3rd. The price is 896 yen (tax included) for 4 pieces.

Shiroi Koibito White Chocolate Omlet
A collaboration between Sapporo in Hokkaido and a confectionery maker in Hakodate. The reason for the collaboration was that Ishiya Co., Ltd. asked Peche Mignon to outsource a fresh cake using white chocolate from Shiroi Koibito. At the time of tasting, a trial of "White Chocolate Omlet" was prepared as a surprise from Peche Mignon, and it was decided to commercialize it based on the agreement of both companies because of its deliciousness. It was difficult to balance the flavor of white chocolate with cheese, so we made many trials to complete it. We are particular about the package design.


A softly baked souffle cheesecake made with "Shiroi Koibito" white chocolate and plenty of cream cheese. It melts in your mouth and is finished well. The gentle sweetness of chocolate matches the richness of cheese.
