From Ishiya Co., Ltd., the 2021 Valentine's collection of "Koisuru Chocolate", a product based on Shiroi Koibito's chocolate, is being sold sequentially at ISHIYA directly managed stores, online shops, and Valentine's special events. The theme is "Let's fall in love at home."

"Love Chocolate Chocolat Baumkuchen (Ruby)" uses ruby chocolate for both Baumkuchen and chocolate with a creamy texture in the center. If you warm it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds just before eating, the chocolate will melt and you can enjoy a different texture. The sweetness of the moist dough matches with the moderately sour ruby chocolate. The price is 1,944 yen (tax included, same below).


"Love Chocolate Millefeuille Assortment" is a millefeuille with a filling of white lover's chocolate arranged between pies. It is coated with couverture or ruby chocolate. The price is 540 yen for 3 pieces and 1,080 yen for 6 pieces.

At the Hankyu Umeda Main Store event, "Love Chocolate Bonbon (Wine)" will be on sale from January 13th to February 14th. It is a bonbon chocolate wrapped in white wine with white chocolate of "Shiroi Koibito". The wine is brewed in Otaru, Hokkaido, using the fragrant grape "Niagara" as a raw material, making full use of the German raw wine manufacturing method. The price is 1,188 yen for 3 pieces.
