The popular event "2018 Strawberry Week!" Will be held from January 25th to 31st at each of the fruit tart specialty stores "Kilfebon".

This year's lineup includes 10 types of strawberry tarts, including the new "Strawberry and Orange Tart". There will be products that can only be enjoyed during the event and products that are limited to stores.

● Strawberry and orange tart

A new work with sweet and sour strawberries and refreshing scented oranges lined up all over. The corn flakes dough is combined with the moist baked almond dough and the strawberry mousse. Accented with homemade jam using whole orange. The price is 679 yen per piece and 6,480 yen for the hall (tax included, same below).

● Kirapika tart from Shizuoka prefecture

A tart full of gorgeous strawberry scents using the Shizuoka-born variety "Kirapika". Homemade jam is added to custard with sour cream and decorated with large strawberries. One piece is 1,100 yen, and the hall is 8,316 yen.

● 3 kinds of berry and chocolate tart

A tart with 3 types of sweet and sour berries on a moist souffle using 2 types of chocolate with different tastes. You can enjoy it with a crispy tart dough and fresh cream that melts in your mouth. One piece is 670 yen, and the hall is 6,372 yen.

● Kyoto Prefecture Uji Matcha and Strawberry Tart

A tart that combines the taste of elegant and bittersweet matcha with the refreshing scent of strawberries. Matcha is also used abundantly in butter-rich financiers, rich mousses, and fresh cream. The bright red strawberry and green tea shades are vivid to the eyes. One piece is 691 yen, and the hall is 6,588 yen.
