Setouchi Lemon Ajillo with small sardines and mushrooms uses small sardines and mushrooms from the Seto Inland Sea. Seasoned with Setouchi lemon, garlic, chili and white pepper.


Sardines filled with umami, pudding and mushrooms with a nice texture. The mellow olive oil liquid that wraps these spreads a spicy and slightly refreshing taste. I want wine!


Setouchi Lemon Ajillo with scallops and mushrooms uses domestic scallops and mushrooms. It is also seasoned with Setouchi lemon, garlic, chili and white pepper.


This one has more lemon and a refreshing taste. The more you chew the scallops, the more delicious and refreshing the lemon flavor will be.


In each case, the oil part has plenty of seafood flavor and garlic flavor. Please put it on bread and taste it!
