Hot Thirty One Dolce is a menu where you can enjoy a combination of hot sweets and cold ice cream. You can choose your favorite ice cream (kids size). The lineup is as follows.

"Fondant au chocolat" is a dish where you can enjoy the deliciousness of the bittersweet and warm fondant au chocolat and the sweet and cold ice cream. The toppings are whipped cream, chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. The recommended flavor is caramel ribbon.


"Fondant salted caramel" is a combination of chocolate and salted caramel-flavored ganache cream that goes well with chocolate to create a sweet and slightly salty adult taste. Lorraine rock salt is used in the salted caramel-flavored ganache cream. The toppings are whipped cream, chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. The recommended flavor is chocolate chips.


"Fondant raspberry" is a combination of sweet chocolate dough and raspberry-flavored ganache cream. The toppings are whipped cream, mixed sauce using 3 types of berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry), and powdered sugar. The recommended flavor is Love Potion Thirty One.
