・ Uji Matcha Japanese Parfait 350 yen A Japanese parfait using Uji Matcha from the main store of Riichi Tsuji. Matcha pudding, sponge, matcha sauce, black honey dice jelly, and milk mousse are layered, and matcha mousse, matcha jelly with a chewy texture, mashed bean paste, glutinous balls, and cream are topped.
