Japanese parfait with kuromitsu soybean flour

The flavorful and savory aroma of kinako combined with the sweetness and richness of rich molasses. It is layered with kuromitsu jelly, kinako mousse, kuromitsu sauce, whipped cream, and kinako. Priced at 300 yen (tax included, same below).

Chiffon Cake with Drowning Cream

Chiffon cake with enough cream to drown. Soft chiffon cake is topped with cream made from Hokkaido cream. The carbohydrate content of the cream is 25% lower than that of whipped cream (milk fat and vegetable fat) in the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan, 2020 edition. Price: 246 yen.

Drowning Cream Puffs (Whipped & Custard)

Cream puffs with enough cream to drown you. Whipped cream and custard cream made with Hokkaido cream are filled into puff pastry and topped with whipped cream as well. The cream's sugar content is 25% lower than that of whipped cream (milk fat and vegetable fat) in the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan, 2020 edition. Price: 225 yen.

Mochi Shokkan Roll with Fresh Hokkaido Cream

A set of six roll cakes with fresh Hokkaido cream rolled in a glutinous dough. The price is 297 yen.

Apricot ice cream supervised by Chef Otsu of the popular Chinese restaurant "O2". You can enjoy the combination of the chef's special apricot ice cream and white peaches that go well together. Price: 228 yen.

Uchicafe Japanese Fruits - Fukuoka Prefecture Amaou Strawberry 75ml (2.54us fl oz)

Fruit juice ice cream bar using 30% domestic strawberry juice, mainly from Fukuoka Prefecture's Amao, a popular strawberry variety. Price: 192 yen.
