Japanese parfait with green powdered tea and white rice balls

A parfait that allows you to enjoy multiple textures and tastes in one. This time, it is a layer of crushed green tea jelly, mousse, sauce, and whipped cream, topped with a shiratama (white rice ball). The crunchy texture is accentuated by the crunchy inside. The price is 311 yen (tax included, same as below).

Matcha green tea gateau chocolat

Matcha-scented gâteau chocolat eaten with a spoon. The matcha gateau dough is baked slowly in a hot water bath to create a soft and smooth texture, and is layered with a thick matcha sauce to enhance the matcha flavor. The price is 171 yen.

Matcha Tart & Matcha Mille Crepe (using Uji green tea)

Two types of matcha cakes can be enjoyed. The matcha tart is a crispy tart topped with matcha damande dough and two kinds of matcha cream. The matcha mille crepe is made of 10 layers of crepe with matcha cream and butter. All matcha is made from Uji green tea. The price is 421 yen.

Matcha Kuzumochi Mochi Texture Roll (using Uji matcha from Kyoto Prefecture)

A roll cake consisting of a mochi (glutinous rice cake) texture dough with matcha powder and gyuhi dough, wrapped with matcha cream, whipped cream, and matcha kuzumochi. The matcha kuzumochi is rolled into the cake so that it goes down your throat smoothly and you can enjoy various matcha flavors and the sticky texture of matcha. All the matcha used is Uji matcha from Kyoto Prefecture. The price is 380 yen.

Matcha green tea financier 1 piece

Using matcha green tea from the sky, this financier is packed with the original flavor and astringency of matcha green tea. Price: 149 yen.

UCHI-CAFE sio supervised tiramisu ice cream 68ml (2.3us fl oz)

One-hand ice cream made of cocoa dough topped with passion fruit sauce, cheese ice cream, coffee sauce, and cacao nibs. Price: ¥238.
