The Taiyaki restaurant "Taiyaki Kanda Tatsuma Jimbocho" that I found while wandering around Jimbocho. The restaurant is famous for its feathered taiyaki, and its main store is in Kanda Ogawamachi.
I ordered the famous "Taiyaki with feathers" and the custard of "Fried Taiyaki". The prices are 180 yen and 210 yen (tax included).
As the name suggests, "Taiyaki with feathers" is Taiyaki with feathers. Erimo azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido are used for the bean paste.
The wings are crispy, and the inside of the fabric is moist and soft. Anko, which has a faint presence of beans, has a smooth texture and you can enjoy the deep sweetness that slowly permeates.
"Fried Taiyaki" is a product of deep-fried Taiyaki. Taiyaki Kanda Tatsuma sells different products for each store, and "fried taiyaki" is not sold at the main store.
The wings are crispy, the dough is chewy, and the thick custard cream overflows from the inside. The cinnamon flavor is exquisite and fragrant as a whole. This is pretty good!
However, be careful with powdered sugar that is sprinkled on the surface of the dough. This is quite easy to spill, and when I'm absorbed in eating, the jacket turns white ...! No matter what. Be careful when eating.
By the way, "Fried Taiyaki" was delicious even if I took it home and ate it cold. Even a small souvenir seems to be appreciated.
