-196 ℃ is a canned chu-hi that you can enjoy the deliciousness of frozen whole fruits by our original "-196 ℃ manufacturing method". The popular flavors will be released this year (2018) as products that color the arrival of spring.

For the cherry cherries, we use the whole "Sato Nishiki" from Yamagata prefecture, which is a famous production area for cherries. The sweet and sour taste of Sato Nishiki and the rich aroma derived from cherry liqueur are matched to create a gorgeous taste.

For spring strawberries, we use the whole "Tochiotome" from Tochigi prefecture, which is a popular variety of strawberries. You can enjoy the elegant sweetness and slight acidity of strawberry.
