Large circles, small circles, squares, triangles. Is it a dog? The slightly transparent pale color gives a fantastic impression like in a dream.
You can enjoy it just by arranging it, packing it, or just looking at it.
When I tried it, I found a smooth agar in a crisp and delicate sugar coating. Along with the mysterious texture that crispy and plump coexist, the elegant sweetness melts and spreads on the tongue. Like its appearance, it has a light and ephemeral taste.
Cute sweets for adults that will make you feel nostalgic. Except for special events, it is sold only in Niigata prefecture, so be sure to check it out when you visit!
