"Kyoto Terrine Rikyu (Matcha)" was sold with the previously introduced "Baby's Butt". The price is 1,300 yen (tax included) per bottle.
This is a matcha terrine that uses European white chocolate, plenty of butter, and matcha from Uji, Kyoto. When I tried it, it was so delicious that I would like to introduce it.
The smoothness of rich raw chocolate and the flavor of matcha that spreads softly. A generous amount of Dainagon and astringent chestnuts are added, and the sweetness that is different from the occasional soft texture is a good accent.
Especially wonderful is the overall balance. Although it retains the bittersweet taste of matcha, it is not stale, and when eaten together with Dainagon and astringent chestnuts, the richness increases and the aftertaste is finished without getting tired. It looks like raw chocolate, but it has a more elegant sweetness than raw chocolate. It's a level of deliciousness that digs into the top 3 of the matcha sweets I've eaten so far.
The author's recommendation is to cut the frozen food and slowly melt it with the heat of the mouth. Of course, it's good to eat something thawed in the refrigerator.
"Kyoto Terrine Rikyu (Matcha)" is so delicious that the first bite will make you "haha". This is a dish that matcha lovers should definitely try.
