Gion Cake House Julian is a pastry shop that opened in 1972. The restaurant's representative menu, "Gion Uji Matcha Rikyu," which combines Italian white chocolate, Uji matcha, Dainagon, and Tanba chestnut, has received numerous awards.
At the time of opening the store in Jiyugaoka Sweets Forest, the original limited sweets "Toro-ri Matcha Steamed Chocolate" (500 yen plus tax) will be on sale. The steamed chocolate made from Italian chocolate contains a fragrant Uji matcha chocolate sauce, which is served with Dainagon and fresh cream.
