Harvest is a thinly baked biscuit that represents Tohato. It is said that a crispy and light texture is created by stretching the dough folded in multiple layers to a thickness of only 3 mm and baking it.

The harvest almond caramel that appears this time is made by kneading almonds and Italian caramel paste into the dough and baking it thinly and crispy. It seems that it is finished with a rich taste by adding Hokkaido cream. It seems to go well with hot tea. By all means for winter tea time!
