Harvest Pistachio and Salty Pistachio are the new flavors in Tohato's "Harvest" and "Salty" series of baked goods. Both will be available from July 4.

Harvest Pistachio

Layers and layers of cookie dough are rolled out thin and baked to a thickness of 3mm to create a unique crispy and light texture. Pistachio paste is kneaded into the biscuit to create a fragrant, gorgeous aroma and rich flavor, balanced with an easy-to-eat sweetness.

The package is also intuitively recognizable as pistachio-flavored, with a color scheme that is easy on the eyes. Each 4-sheet package contains 61 kcal, and the estimated price for the 32-sheet, 94 g package is 153 yen (tax included, same as below).

Salty Pistachio

Salty Pistachio" is a melt-in-your-mouth cookie whose flavor is enhanced by the salt of Guerande from Brittany, France, which is characterized by its strong flavor and mild saltiness. The cookies are characterized by their crispy texture and unique feel as if they melt in your mouth.

The cookies are also said to be baked with pistachio paste kneaded into the cookie to give it a rich flavor. The estimated calorie content is 45 kcal per piece, and the estimated price for a package of 10 pieces is 214 yen.
