The torn lamb raisin cream sandwich is made by baking dough using fermented seeds that have been aged for a long time and then sandwiching the lamb raisin cream. The cream is made by mixing rum-pickled raisins with buttered cream that melts in your mouth. In addition, two types of raisins are used: the sour golden lamb raisins and the fruity sweet California raisins. The price is 135 yen.
