This is a new flavor of ice cream "Sou" with fine ice. Yuzu ice cream with a sour taste and sweet honey ice cream are combined in a spiral shape. Yuzu ice cream contains fine yuzu peel. The scent of peel spreads throughout the ice cream, and you can feel the refreshing flavor of yuzu.
