This is sushi made with fresh shrimp grown in the cold, nutritious waters of Canada. It will be sold as part of the "100 Yen PROJECT Good Story from the Seas of the World". Lampfish caviar is used for toppings. You can enjoy the delicious texture of Omar shrimp.
