At KALDI, I got the winter limited chocolate mint "Trianon Crispy Chocolate Mint" (258 yen including tax) and "Same Stick Chocolate Dark Mint" (365 yen including tax). Both are sold by the Dutch chocolate maker "Trianon".
Crispy chocolate is a bittersweet dark chocolate mixed with mint to make a crispy, thin chocolate. Crispy crystal sugar is kneaded into it.
On the other hand, stick chocolate is a stick-type chocolate with 50% cacao dark chocolate filled with mint cream filling.
● I tried it!
Crispy chocolate is a few millimeters thin, but it has a crispy texture every time you chew it. It is crisp and bitter, and the scent of cacao and the refreshing mint are intertwined in a nice way. The lingering finish that remains in your mouth is insanely delicious!Stick chocolate has a crunchy texture the moment it breaks, and it melts in a thick wrinkle. The bitterness of heavy dark chocolate and the refreshing stimulus of mint cream that is tightly packed from end to end are addictive.
By the way, when I looked at the back side of both, I was surprised to find that they had a fashionable pattern.
● Recommended for dark chocolate sect
I personally want chocolate mint to use dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate, so this is the ideal taste for chocolate mint sweets! Recommended for those who like chocolate with a high cacao ratio. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it, but both of them boast quite high calories only in chocolate, so be careful not to eat them all at once. For reference, crispy chocolate was 509 kcal per 100 g and chocolate stick was 526 kcal per 100 g.
