Saki Yoken has released a new way to eat shiomai, "Yaki Shiomai". It is made with richly flavored pork and dried scallops, with textured bamboo shoots and soy sauce added.

New Saki Yoken "Shiu Mai BAR" opens at Tokyo Station! Shiumai bento with bamboo shoots and tuna with green onion are available as snacks! Special menu "assorted shioumai" and "shioumai curry" etc.
