A luxurious Japanese confectionery "Gokukuri Steamed Yokan" with plenty of large "new chestnuts" mixed in
"Gokukuri Steamed Yokan" is made by mixing abundant new chestnuts into steamed yokan made from red beans harvested in the Tokachi Plain, Hokkaido. Three times as much new chestnut as the normal type is used, and it weighs 2.5 times as much. It has become "an unprecedented luxury yokan".
