Nine "regional rice balls" were released from Ministop on November 24th. This time, we have a lineup of rice balls using ingredients, seasonings, and "specialties" that are suitable for each area in five areas.

"Salmon Harako Rice" (150 yen / tax included, same below) is sold in the Tohoku area (Aomori prefecture, Iwate prefecture, Miyagi prefecture, Fukushima prefecture). The rice is cooked with salmon soup stock, topped with grilled autumn salmon and Sanriku salmon roe with soy sauce.

"Chicken Negimiso (using Oku Mikawa chicken)" (120 yen) is sold in the Tokai area (Aichi prefecture, Gifu prefecture, Mie prefecture, part of Shizuoka prefecture). "Negimiso" made from Okumikawa chicken from Aichi prefecture is seasoned with a strong flavor and put in the rice balls.

"Umami octopus rice" (160 yen) is sold in the Shikoku area (Kagawa prefecture, Tokushima prefecture, Ehime prefecture). Rice balls made by cooking octopus with raw rice and thick soy sauce, fried tofu, carrots, etc. It seems that it is finished with plenty of umami.

Grilled bonito flakes (Yuasa soy sauce) 110 yen Fukui-style sauce and 150 yen

・ Shikoku area Setouchi shirasu soy sauce rice 120 yen

・ Kyushu area (Fukuoka prefecture, Saga prefecture, Oita prefecture)
