This time, I tasted "Kuroge Wagyu Cheeseburger" which is made by adding cheddar cheese to Kuroge Wagyu Burger. The contents of the buns are green curl, horseradish sauce, grilled onion, cheddar cheese, and 100% Japanese black beef patty from the top. The sauce is a mayonnaise base with horseradish, onions, and peppers.


Patty is a big size that sticks out from both sides of the buns, and plenty of horseradish sauce is sandwiched.


The surface of the patty is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is soft and fluffy. When chewed, it loosens delicately, spreading the powerful taste of meat and the elegant sweetness of melting fat. With the addition of rich cheddar cheese, the taste that you can feel with your tongue becomes saturated.


Horseradish sauce and vegetables (green curls and grilled onions) soften the richness. The spicy spiciness of the sauce and the crispy juiciness of the vegetables steer in a refreshing direction, leading to a well-balanced taste.
