● Angus beef roast beef bowl-Hitsumabushi style (1,166 yen, tax included, same below)
A bowl menu with roast beef made from Angus beef on top of rice. Underneath the roast beef is a creamy potato salad and sliced onions that accentuate the taste and texture. The soy sauce-based black garlic sauce with toppings also goes well with rice and roast beef.
Mix the soft-boiled egg into pieces for a mellow taste. If you add condiments and warm Japanese-style soup stock, you can enjoy a change in taste like "Hitsumabushi", such as making it Ochazuke-style.
● New Zealand lamb chop mixed grill-pepper sauce (1,490 yen)
A "feast plate" featuring New Zealand lamb bone-in meat (lamb chops), grilled soft shell shrimp, and go-ground hamburger steak. Lamb chops are simply baked with salt and pepper so that you can enjoy the original taste of the meat. A spicy "pepper sauce" that is a blend of four types of pepper is also included.

A plate of soft shell shrimp that can be eaten from head to tail, beef loin cut steak, and plump juicy go-ground hamburger steak. Pepper sauce with white pepper and black pepper added to the base of deglazing has the refreshing acidity of mustard as a secret ingredient. It goes well with rice.
● Beef loin cut steak & fried oysters-pepper sauce (1,598 yen)
New Zealand beef loin steak. It is cut into a size that is easy to eat and served on a hot iron plate. With spicy and spicy pepper sauce. In addition, tartar sauce is combined with the crispy and juicy fried oysters.
● Beef stew (1,317 yen)
