The patisserie "Mont St. Clair" (Jiyugaoka, Tokyo) by patissier Hironobu Tsujiguchi will start accepting reservations for Christmas cakes on November 5th.

Three new works will be released this year.

"Gillland" (No. 5, 4,860 yen), which looks like the sun when viewed from directly above, is a combination of refreshing yuzu mousse, strawberry jelly, and strawberry and milk chocolate cream. The sweetness of strawberries and the depth of chocolate are complemented by the taste of yuzu.

"Sampati" (17 x 8 x 4 cm / 4,860 yen) has a gorgeous pistachio green. The taste of mousse pistachio, the acidity of framboise, and the sweetness of marron glacé are harmonious.

Both are sold by over-the-counter delivery. In addition, the new "Noel Noisette Citron" (No. 5 / 4,660 yen) and the classic cake "Noel Phrase" (No. 4 / 3,450 yen) will be available as over-the-counter products. Reservations are from November 5th to December 15th. The delivery period is from December 12th to December 25th.

The lineup of delivery products includes "Anniversary Chocolat" (No. 5, 3,565 yen) and "Ceravi" (No. 4, 3,450 yen and up). The reservation period is the same as above, and the pick-up period is from December 14th to December 23rd.
