Freshly baked cheese tart specialty store "BAKE CHEESE TART" opened on October 27th at Lazona Kawasaki Plaza (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture).


Bake Cheese Tart is a cheese tart specialty store from Hokkaido. In 2014, it opened its first store in Honshu in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and is currently expanding to Osaka, Fukuoka, and Hong Kong. This is the first store to open in Kanagawa.

The shop's "freshly baked cheese tart" is a combination of "crispy" cookie dough and "shuwa" cheese mousse. At the workshop attached to the store, it is said that it can be baked according to the customer's feet without making it.


The store is located in the Grand Food on the 1st floor of Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, 72-1 Horikawa-cho, Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa. Business hours are from 10:00 to 21:00 (according to Lazona Kawasaki Plaza).
