This is a menu of okonomiyaki baked on an iron plate, sprinkled with "crispy caramel" and "Japanese-style bean paste" to make "amajoppai okonomiyaki". It seems that the "hard caramel layer" that is characteristic of creme brulee is reproduced by melting cotton candy and soy sauce on an iron plate.

The dough is a special mix of regular okonomiyaki dough and custard dough using egg yolk and cream, and it has a "smooth texture".

The menu offered is "Favorite Cheese Brulee" (864 yen including tax), which is a combination of cabbage, onions, and cheese, and "Favorite", which is a combination of cabbage, onions, pork roses, squid, shrimp, and octopus. Two types of "Mix Brulee" (972 yen) will be prepared.
