Kabuki balls are okonomiyaki that express the "formal curtain" of Kabuki with three colors of sauce, red, green, and black. There are three menus, "Red Seafood Kabuki" with red sauce, "Green Beef Kabuki" with green sauce, and "Black Squid Kabuki" with black sauce. The price is 1,026 yen (tax included).

The red seafood Kabuki ball is a seafood mixed okonomiyaki with a red sauce made from paprika powder. Apples and onions are used in the sweet and rich sauce. Paprika powder is also used for the dough, and it has a smoky taste. Comes with a separate habanero sauce.

Green beef tendon Kabuki ball is okonomiyaki with beef tendon topped with green basil mayonnaise sauce. You can enjoy the harmony of the dough with bittersweet matcha powder and the basil sauce with a hint of garlic.

The black squid-filled Kabuki ball is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with black sauce. In addition to squid ink, which has been extracted with richness and umami, seafood, kelp, and onions are used as the sauce. Yakisoba noodles and udon are mixed in the noodles to create a chewy texture.
