Hotel Mount Fuji's "Koshu Shingen Pork Stamina Bowl" (700 yen) found at the World Food Court. It seems that cheese, kinpira, and kimchi can be topped with each, but for the time being, I wanted to taste Shingen pork straight, so I ordered a normal bowl.
Pork that hides rice is topped with plenty of bean sprouts and green onions. The gap between the fluffy and tender meat and the crispy texture of the bean sprouts further accelerates your appetite. Pork is tightly entwined with sweet and sour sauce and has a rich taste that goes well with beer. It is a highly satisfying dish that is both delicious and tasty.
