I was surprised not only by the aroma of truffles and the taste of porch, but also by the texture. Generally, it has a unique texture that is thick, but this porch is thick. You don't even have to chew, right? It melts as soon as you put it in your mouth! It was my first experience.
[2nd place] Gatten Sushi (Saitama Prefecture) "Long, Kumagaya Inari Special" 1,000 yen
"Kumagaya Inari" made with thick fried food over the business "Atsuzo! Kumagaya" that took advantage of the heat of summer. There are 3 large swords that will exceed 10 cm, lined up vertically. The ingredients on it are "crab loosened meat", "how much + sea urchin", and "negitoro".
Impressed by the thick fried wild flavor (!) Texture. Another point is the sushi that you can enjoy fried, sushi, and sushi at the same time. While the sushi with the overflowing material is conspicuous, you may think "What? Inari?", But the fried food was so delicious that I was selected as the 2nd place!
[1st place] Himi Kaiten Sushi Sui Sushi (Toyama Prefecture) "Kanburi Toyama Seafood Prime" 1,500 yen
Among the authors, this is by far the best! You can enjoy the winter taste of Toyama Bay, "Himi's cold yellowtail," "crab," and "white shrimp" all at once.
Inside the large shell are crab claws, crab meat, white shrimp, and yellowtail dipped in pickled sauce, and under the shell there is plenty of crab meat and rice. Fully enjoy the taste of the material!
How was the "Big sushi"? In addition, there are 9 other restaurants, including "Fujiyama Sori of Conger Eel and Eel" (live sushi) and the gorgeous "Rose Sushi of Crab and Kyoto Pickles" (CHOJIRO Kyoto), which are arranged like Mt. Fuji. A total of 18 items are available, including 17 items and 1 item from each specially participating store. Please get what you are interested in as soon as possible!
