The rock festival "SWEET LOVE SHOWER 2015" that concludes the end of summer. This is a summer festival hosted by the music channel SPACE SHOWER TV. This year it was held from August 28th to 30th.

Next to the stage by the gorgeous artists, the rock fans are captivated by the collaboration festival meal with the artists sold from the eating and drinking booth "Special Kitchen". This year, a menu in collaboration with KANA-BOON , [Alexandros] , and Dragon Ash drummer Makoto Sakurai has appeared!

Do you know which is who's devised menu?
Do you know which is who's devised menu?

That's why this time, we will introduce all the artist collaboration meals that appeared in Special Kitchen! It's a recipe that is packed with the particulars of each artist, so it's a must-see for both those who ate it and those who didn't.

● Collaboration with KANA-BOON "Soumain" 600 yen

The event is held at the end of summer, and even though the venue is in the relatively cool Lake Yamanaka area, the temperature can rise to the point where you can sweat just by standing during the day. What makes me happy is the KANA-BOON style somen "Soumain" that you can eat refreshingly!

They had a collaboration menu last year as well. Last time it was " Takoyaki ", but this time I changed the route. The noodles are sprinkled with plenty of soup and finished with 4 types of toppings that each of the 4 members devised.

The toppings devised by the members are as follows.

Maguro Taniguchi (Vo./Gt.) → Boiled tuna (tuna) Yuuma Meshida (Ba./Cho.) → Takahiro Koizumi (Dr.) → Deep-fried young corn Hayato Koga (Gt. /Cho.) → Glue

If you use cold somen noodles, it feels so good that summer will be regrettable. The sweet and spicy tuna simmered with tuna has a tightly packed flesh and a strong taste, and goes well with somen noodles. The sweet and spicy sauce of tuna oozes into the soup, and it's double and delicious.

The crispy texture of crab sticks with sesame seeds, the crispy young corn, and the aroma of glue and sesame are also effective, and it is a taste that will not get tired until the end. It's a rough idea, but this bukkake feeling is perfect for festival rice!

On the first day, KANA-BOON, who acted as a bird for Mt. FUJI STAGE, was a stage that expected a further leap forward!

● Collaboration with [Alexandros] Part 1 "Yope no Okan Set Meal" 800 yen

"Yope no Okan set meal" where you can enjoy the "secret recipe" of Yoohei Kawakami's house, Vo./Gt. Of [Alexandros]. A set of Filipino stamina dishes called "Adobo", which is stewed chicken wings, with salad and red rice.

Volume perfect score! Good color and balance

The sweet and spicy simmered chicken is so tender that it crumbles and is delicious enough to be served not only as a festival rice but also as a restaurant menu. I feel particular about the combination of red rice instead of white rice. The mild taste of the beans blends well with the deeply seasoned chicken! It's a family taste that feels the kindness of my mother as a whole, but it's a stylish set meal of the Kawakami family.

● Collaboration with [Alexandros] Part 2 "Mapple Pie" 700 yen

Gt. Masaki Shirai devised an apple pie with cinnamon, "Mapple Pie". Comes with ice cream.

The pie is crispy, and the apple filling inside is melty and sweet. A serious apple pie that is moist and juicy enough to chew and has a strong cinnamon scent! On the other hand, the milk-flavored ice cream served is modest in sweetness and has a refreshing mouth. This is a high quality that can be honestly done in one hole.

On the second day, [Alexandros], who acted as a bird for LAKESIDE STAGE, was a masterpiece stage that would have captivated everyone here.

● Collaboration with Dragon Ash drummer Makoto Sakurai "Itapote" 700 yen

Makoto Sakurai's shop "Sakurai Shokudo" is open at various festivals. "Itapote" has appeared in the Special Kitchen as a menu of this "branch store". French fries with herbs and salami topping.

Plenty of volume!

Three types of french fries with different thickness and length are packed on one plate. The thin ones are chewy, the thick slices are crispy, the colon and rounded ones are crispy on the outside, and the inside is sticky and melty. You can enjoy the difference in texture and exquisite taste.

Even though it's fried food, thanks to herbs, it's refreshing and then in your mouth. In addition, the chewy salami has a strong salty taste that you can enjoy forever while chewing. I feel thirsty. Perfect for beer, which is indispensable for festivals!

● Tutorial and collaboration "My Napolitan" 800 yen

Another collaboration menu was on sale from Special Kitchen. It is "My Napolitan" that Mr. Tokui of the comedy combination tutorial devised. Spaghetti is quite rare at festival rice, isn't it?

It seems that Tokui-san often makes this menu at home.

Spaghetti Naporitan with the sweetness of nostalgic ketchup and the slight spiciness of spices. It was my first time to eat spaghetti at a food stall, so I was worried that the pasta wouldn't dry out, but it kept the texture moist and chewy. It's nice to have plenty of bacon and onions dancing in your mouth!

● Bonus: Summer festival beginners should definitely go to Lovesha!

The author thinks that the goodness of Rabsha lies in the "sense of scale" and "sense of distance." There aren't too many stages, the distance traveled between stages is small, and the timetables don't almost overlap, so you can almost never miss the artist you want to see (this is important!). I feel the love of the specialist staff where these are fulfilled.

Also, since it will be held at Lake Yamanaka (Yamanashi Prefecture), you can visit from all over the country. Official day trip bus tours are also available from the city center, so it is very convenient.

Thanks to this sense of scale and distance, Rabsha has a very cozy atmosphere every year. Of the many summer festivals, it can be said that summer festival beginners are the easiest to participate in. However, the land pattern and sky pattern are changeable, so be sure to prepare what you wear and what you wear!

If there are people who come every year, people who want to go but hesitate, and people who haven't understood the goodness of summer festivals but have read this and are interested in it, please do not hesitate to contact us. Why don't you join us next year with your friends and family? The summer of Lake Yamanaka is waiting for you!

I'm looking forward to next year's Lovesha!
