Meat Bar Gori's Kitchen is a meat bar where you can enjoy Kyoto's Japanese black beef "Kyo no Meat" raised in Tamba's "delicious water and fertile land". The interior is a bal style with the image of Brooklyn.

The signature menu is "Steak sold by weight," which uses only beef carefully selected from "Kyoto meat." The price starts from 15 yen per gram (excluding tax).

You can choose the meat you like from "redness" or "marbled", and the meat is cut to the desired thickness in front of the customer. The steak, which is sautéed on both sides at a high temperature and then slowly baked in an oven at 250 degrees Celsius, is full of gravy.

The store is located on the 6th floor of Menor Shinbashi, 2-11-1 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 17:00 to 24:00.
