・ Uji Matcha Azuki Shake
Uji Matcha Azuki Shake is an "eating shake" inspired by matcha parfait. A vanilla-flavored shake is topped with whipped cream using Uji matcha, wheat bran cereals and azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido are layered, and Uji matcha powder is sprinkled on top. You can enjoy the crispy texture of cereal, the moderate sweetness of azuki beans, and the elegant bitterness of Uji matcha. The price is 260 yen (tax included).

・ Brown rice mochi shiruko (grain sauce)
The brown rice mochi shiruko (grain sauce) is an arrangement of the classic Japanese sweets "shiruko". Maru-mochi made from brown rice from Hokkaido is put in a oshiruko made from azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. You can enjoy the sweetness and chewy texture of brown rice cake. The price is 320 yen (tax included).
