"Yokohama Hakurankan Summer Festival-Sweets Festa 2017-" will be held from July 14th to August 27th at the theme-type commercial facility "Yokohama Hakurankan" in Yokohama Chinatown. An event with the concept of "the deliciousness and enjoyment of summer that is unique to Chinatown."

"Butterfly pea" is an herbal tea using tea flowers native to Thailand. It is said that many women in Thailand and Taiwan are familiar with it as "mysterious blue tea". By adding other herbal teas and fruit juices, it has a mysterious characteristic that the blue color changes to seven colors. Flavors are lychee, peach, lime, apricot kernel milk, and calpis melon. The price is 350 yen each (tax included, same below). Tapioca topping is possible for an additional 50 yen.


"Annin tofu" is a sweet with a rich apricot kernel that uses white peach and tangerine fruits. The price is 310 yen for a single item and 897 yen for a pack of three.


"Mango pudding" is a sweet made by luxuriously using the mango king "Alfonso Mango". The price is 310 yen for a single item and 897 yen for a pack of three.


"Freshly made baby star flavor topping" is a sweet that you can enjoy by adding flavor powder to the freshly made snack "Baby Star". There are 9 flavors: curry, wasabi mayonnaise, consomme, corn potage, cheese, barbecue, garlic, black pepper, and glue. The price is 400 yen for freshly made baby star M size, 500 yen for L size, and 40 yen for one bag of flavor topping (3g (0.11oz)).


"Taiwan Douhua Shaved Ice" is a Taiwanese healthy sweet made from soy milk. Using 100% unadjusted organic soymilk, it seems to reproduce the traditional Taiwanese style of soybean flowers in the original. The uniquely formulated cane sugar syrup, douhua, and low-sweetness bean paste go well with the chewy white bean paste. The cool and cold shaved ice is a summer-only topping. The price is 518 yen for S size and 734 yen for M size.
