The "Kingdom Beer Fest", a festival that brings together beer and gourmet foods that have been loved by the kingdoms of the world, will be held at Hibiya Park in Tokyo from August 10th to 20th.

This event will be held for the first time this year (2017). In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations with the Czech Republic, the embassy of the Czech Republic is also supporting and cooperating. The Czech Republic is the country that produced "Pilsner beer", and the per capita beer consumption is the highest in the world, suppressing Germany and Greece.

This time, it is said that the draft beer of "Budweiser Budvar", which can hardly be tasted in Japan, and the "Dark beer", which landed for the first time in Japan, will be on sale.

In addition to the Czech Republic, five countries from Europe, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Germany, and five countries from Asia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Turkey, will participate.

"Opera" is also planned as the "eyeball" of the event. In addition, "music and dance that the royal palace loved" such as belly dance and gypsy dance will be performed every day. It's a summer feast!

The venue is Hibiya Park Fountain Square, 1-6 Hibiya Park, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The holding time is from 16:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 to 22:00 on holidays. Admission is free, and you need to purchase a separate ticket to eat and drink in the venue.
