New menus "Mille-feuille and Sandwich (sesame miso sauce)" and "Same (and sauce)" will be released on September 3 at each First Kitchen store.


Millefeuille katsusando (sesame miso sauce) is a combination of crispy fried millefeuille katsuni sesame miso sauce and cabbage and sandwiched in buns. The sesame miso sauce is made by combining rice miso and Hatcho miso to create a rich and rich finish. You can enjoy the taste of Millefeuille and the moderately sweet sesame miso sauce. The price is 390 yen.

Millefeuille katsusando (and sauce) is a crispy fried mille-feuille katsusando with sauce and cabbage, sandwiched in buns. And the sauce is based on Worcestershire sauce with spices such as cloves and cinnamon added to give it a slightly spicy taste. The price is 380 yen.
