"Chestnut" is in all of the tart sauce ice cream ...!
Freshly baked mini cheese tart marron x marron was sold last year and was well received. A large astringent chestnut is topped on a "freshly baked mini cheese tart" made by kneading yellow chestnuts into the dough. The diameter is about 11 cm.
Served with marron ice cream and chocolate sauce that go well with cheese tart, as well as astringent chestnuts, walnuts, and cashew nuts.
