Osaka's "freshly baked cheese tart specialty store PABLO Namba CITY store" has been renewed. It opened on February 13 as "GREEN PABLO", a cheese tart specialty store specializing in tea.
Green Pablo is a brand that has teamed up with the long-established store "Kitakawa Hanbei Shoten" in Kyoto. Cheese tarts and cheese soft serve ice cream made from Uji matcha and roasted green tea from Kitagawa Hanbei Shoten are offered.
The new product "Uji Matcha Cheese Tart ZEN -Chestnut and Anko Mochi-", which is limited to the Namba CITY store, is made by layering chestnut and anko mochi on a cheese tart and topped with cream using Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture. The top surface is inspired by the Japanese garden style "Karesansui". The price is 1,800 yen (tax included, same below).
"Raw cheese soft serve ice cream from Kyoto Prefecture Uji matcha" is a combination of Pablo's original soft serve ice cream with cream cheese and Uji matcha. The price is 450 yen. For +200 yen, you can add toppings such as white balls, chestnut kanro-ni, black honey sauce, and yokan.
As for the small palm-sized cheese tart, "Pablo Mini-Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture" and "Pablo Mini-Hojicha from Kyoto Prefecture" are available. Both are topped with chestnuts. The price is 300 yen each.
In addition, "Kuromitsu Kaoru Uji Matcha Cheese Tart-with Chestnut and Warabimochi" (1,500 yen) and "Pablo Cheese Tea Kyoto Prefecture Uji Matcha / Hojicha" (450 yen) are on sale.
