This product is a blend of Linz's "high quality" dark chocolate and caramel sauce, layered with a fluffy dark chocolate mousse. Finished with caramel crush, salt flowers from Guérande, France, dark chocolate copo (shaving chocolate), and caramel sauce. It's rich but not too sweet, and you can enjoy the bittersweetness of caramel and the mild saltiness.
