The Gelato Meister series is a "genuine gelato" certified by the Italian Gelato Association (SIGA).
Gelato Meister La France is a flavor that uses the pear variety "La France". You can enjoy the mellow scent, smooth texture, and melting sweetness that makes you feel as if you are eating the fruit itself. Uses 70% fruit juice and pulp.
The Gelato Meister Marron Glacé, on the other hand, is an autumn-only flavor that first appeared in 2014. Crushed marron glacé is mixed with gelato kneaded with chestnut paste.
