The shop offers a crispy "Japanese beef cutlet" that is made by thinly covering the "carefully selected parts" with sashimi and finishing it in a soft medium rare. The signature menu is "Beef loin cutlet set (130g (4.59oz))" (1,280 yen / tax not included, same below). It is recommended to eat the fat that melts from the thick beef cutlet, which is "like a steak," with wasabi soy sauce.
