The signature menu is "beef cutlet," which is wrapped in crispy clothes and finished in medium rare. Beef using sirloin, which is said to have been carefully selected for its "taste of lean meat," is made with particular attention to the frying method and the frying time of "60 seconds."

There are four types of seasoning: wasabi soy sauce, Japanese pepper salt, special sauce, and Japanese-style curry soup. In addition, a soft-boiled egg tempura "Kyotamaten" that expands the way to enjoy beef cutlet set is also newly introduced. You can enjoy it until the end by passing beef cutlet through the thick yolk or combining rice with Kyogyoku heaven and curry soup.
