Exhibiting stores for "Meat Festival NIIGATA 2015 Summer " to be held at Hard Off Eco Stadium Niigata Maeta Entrance Square for 10 days from August 6th to 16th (excluding 12th) will be decided one after another. There is also a lineup of popular stores that have become "champions" in the past.


Exhibiting stores include the first meat festival champion "Osaka Yakiniku Hormone Futago", the 2014 autumn / 2015 spring (Tokyo venue) champion "Kadozaki Aged Meat Kakunoshin", and the 2015 spring (Makuhari venue) champion "Yakiniku". Three stores of "Seizaemon" have already been decided. In addition, "Niigata Toei Hotel Steak House Azuma" will appear from the local Niigata store, and the meat festival official booth "Meat Cooking Institute (Meat Lab)" will offer a menu using "Echigo Mochi Pork". ..

For drinks, we have a wide variety of beers that are perfect for meat dishes. It is said that special beers will be prepared, including "Echigo Beer" unique to Niigata, which is a blend of "Koshihikari" as a raw material.

The event venue is located at the entrance plaza in front of Niigata, a hard-off eco stadium, 570 Nagata, Chuo-ku, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. The holding time is from 10:00 to 21:00. The event will be held from 11:00 to 23:00 on August 8th and until 19:00 on the last day, 16th.
