The second "Steak Shop Aged Meat Fair" is being held from June 25th at each steak hamburger specialty store "Steak Gusto". Limited time until September 9th. This is your chance to enjoy the much-talked-about "aged meat" at a "reasonable price" unique to a family restaurant.

The aged meat provided by Steak Gusto is said to be the "wet aging method" of beef meat grown in the vast land of the North American continent, which is slowly aged at low temperature for about a month. Therefore, the meat is tender and full of umami.

At this fair, we combined the steak "Aged Log Steak 150g (5.29oz)", which uses the core of Steak Gusto's most popular shoulder loin, and the bite-sized "Aged Cut Steak, about 80g (2.82oz)," which is easy for women and children to eat. A new "Aged Meat Steak Combo" (1,499 yen / tax not included, same below) is now available.
