"Miyabi," which is also a gift from the Miyake family, is a Danish pastry bread that was devised by a baker in Gion, Kyoto about 30 years ago, "Isn't it possible to make delicious bread like croissants?" It takes about 10 to 11 hours to bake "Miyavi" one by one, whereas ordinary bread can be completed in 4 to 5 hours. You can enjoy the crispy outside, the moist and fluffy texture inside, and the gentle sweetness.
At the bakery on the 1st floor of Miyabi Cafe Asakusabashi, there is a lineup of about 45 kinds of original freshly baked bread such as "Miyabi Cube", "Miyabi Denish Bar", and "Melon Bread".
On the other hand, in the cafe on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy "authentic" blended coffee, brown sugar milk coffee, acacia honey tea and other drinks, as well as honey toast, French toast and morning set using "Miyabi" in a spacious space. It is also possible to eat in the bread purchased on the 1st floor on the 2nd floor.
The Miyabi Cafe Asakusabashi store is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of Izpra Building, 1-26-1 Asakusabashi, Taito-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 8:00 to 23:00.
