MIYABI Gugelhupf is a Gugelhupf made from Danish pastry of Miyabi bread, where you can enjoy the rich buttery taste and elegant sweetness. Fruits such as raisins, apricots, figs, pears, oranges and cherries pickled in ruby-colored port wine called "Portuguese jewels" and scented with rum are mixed into the dough and baked.

The finish is coated with couverture white chocolate, giving the image of "snowy white Christmas." The size is about 10 cm in diameter and about 7 cm in height.

During the same period, the "Cube" series Christmas products "Christmas Cube" Strawberry "" and "Marron" will also be on sale. Both are cube-shaped about 6 cm, and the price is 550 yen (tax included). Eat-in only in the cafe space.

The Christmas cube "Strawberry" is a sweet made by wrapping strawberry bavarois, which is a combination of strawberry puree and strawberry confiture with plenty of flesh, in Danish pastry of Miyabi. Strawberries of the European Strawberry'Sengana variety are used. It is decorated with shanti and strawberry chocolate with a soft and light texture to create a Christmas-like atmosphere.

On the other hand, the Christmas cube "Marron" is made by wrapping marron cream, which is a mixture of Japanese chestnut paste using Tanzawa seeds from the Sanda region of Hyogo prefecture, and fresh cream in Danish pastry. It is coated with couverture milk chocolate and topped with a large astringent chestnut. It is a luxurious dish that allows you to fully enjoy the original flavor of chestnuts.
